- Families will need to provide a birth certificate & proof of residency (photo of a piece of mail)
- Director of Early Childhood Education, Mrs. Kelly Gates, will be at the fair to answer any questions that you may have

We will help our dragons to S.O.A.R. with a focus on LEADERSHIP! This is when students having the ability to guide, inspire, and help others to reach a common goal, often by setting a positive example through kindness and responsibility.
FGE staff will being recognizing those students who are showing LEADERSHIP throughout the month of MAY at the MAY Awards Assembly on Monday, June 1st at 8:45am.

The Oswego County Sheriff's Department is hosting a presentation specifically for parents, caretakers and community members. This presentation is intended for adults only and will focus on the most current potential dangers children face when connecting with others online. Participants will learn about trends that could lead to serious harm, including the tactic of using a child's private photos for blackmail or coercion.
A similar presentation will be hosted at Mexico High School on Thursday May 14, 2026 at 6PM.

The CAC (Child Advocacy Center), is excited to host a Bike Rodeo and Family Fun Day on June 14th from 12–4 PM at the Fulton War Memorial. This free event is a chance for families to come together and have fun while learning about bike safety. Enjoy activities like a bike rodeo, bounce houses, face painting, free food, raffles, and more. The goal is to bring the community together in a safe, welcoming environment for all. Big things are coming to Fulton!
Our community has been selected to take part in the Recreation Economy for Rural Communities (RERC) program, and we’re inviting residents, businesses, and community groups to join the conversation.
📅 When: Monday, May 4 from 6:00-8:30 pm; Tuesday, May 5 from 9:00 am-4:30 pm
📍 Where: War Memorial Gymnasium, 609 W Broadway
This will be a hands-on community workshop about how outdoor recreation—like trails, rivers, parks, and open spaces—can support our downtown, local businesses, and quality of life.
No experience needed. All are welcome.

Summer Enrichment For Current 4th & 5th Graders
Free summer enrichment program for students entering grades 5 and 6 next year. During this week-long experience at the CiTi Main Campus, students will have the opportunity to “Unearth Their Future” by exploring a variety of careers in a hands-on, engaging way. We encourage families to review the flyer for more details and consider this opportunity for their child.
We’re excited to share an engaging summer camp through CiTi BOCES: Guardians of the Lake Ontario National Marine Sanctuary Camp. This experience helps students build awareness and responsibility for protecting our local environment while having fun through hands-on learning. There is no cost to families, and transportation, breakfast, and lunch are provided. Students will explore Sterling Nature Center, learn how to protect Lake Ontario, and create and present a project as they discover what it means to be a “Guardian” of the Lake
Ontario Marine Sanctuary.

Micron Chip Camp For Current 5th & 6th Graders
CiTi BOCES is hosting the Oswego County Micron Chip Camp from July 7–9, 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. at the CiTi BOCES Main Campus in Mexico, NY. This opportunity is open to current 5th and 6th grade students (entering grades 6–7 in fall 2026). There is no cost to families. Transportation, breakfast, and lunch will be provided. Students will engage in hands-on learning exploring semiconductor chips, artificial intelligence, and everyday technology. The experience also includes a visit to the Micron Clean Room Simulator at Onondaga Community College. A flyer is attached to share directly with students and families. Flyer

UPK Registration for the 2026-27: We invite any child who will turn four years old on or before December 1, 2026 to register for UPK. The Fulton City School District will offer full day classrooms in our elementary buildings and the half day (AM) option may be offered off site or in an elementary building for the 2026-27 school year.
**The number of available seats for the full day classrooms are dependent on the allocation the District receives from NYS. In the event that more registrations are received than can be accommodated, the district will conduct an initial selection process via an open lottery in which children will be selected at random.
Those children whose families have completed the registration process by March 6, 2026 will be part of the initial selection process.
- A completed registration includes birth certificate and proof of residency with registration information.
- Families who were part of the initial selection process will be called in order of selection and informed by March 20, 2026:
- Whether their child has been accepted into a full day classroom, and
- Which building is available for their child:
OR
- Where their child is on the waiting list for a full day seat, and
- Which location or building and time(s) is available for a half day seat
2026-27 Kindergarten Registration: We invite any child who will turn five years old on or before December 1, 2026 to register for Kindergarten.
- A completed registration includes birth certificate and proof of residency with registration information.
- Current UPK students will fill out a contact form in order to register for Kindergarten. UPK classroom teachers will collect the form during the month of March.
